To be an effective leader on our team, you need to "put people first...all people." You have to come with both your head and heart fully engaged in the work. Simply put, this means that the best possible work happens when we work with people, not just through them. When we learn to slow down and build solid relationships, to let people truly be themselves, that's when we achieve tremendous results. We truly believe that we can change our communities for the better and because of that desire, we work hard to get the best possible business results.
Our environment requires people to come in with a strong drive to want to succeed and help us move forward. One way is through our strong belief in challenging our business processes. Putting people first, all people, requires us to be present with our people each day to encourage them, listen to them and hold them accountable to be the best person they can be. Our ideal leader candidates must be able to find the right balance of managing the work with their head, while leading people with their heart.
